Ford Focus Volvo S40/V50 C30 C70 ST Brake Caliper Adapter Porsche 996 Jaguar 355×32 Brake Disc

Brake caliper adapter suitable for all:

• Ford Focus MK2 (except RS)
• Volvo S40/V50 C30 C70 , YoC from 2004

combined with the Porsche 996 4 piston brake calipers and the 355x32mm brake discs from Jaguar.

Notes/tips:

For a better ventilation of the brake system, we recommend removing the dust cover plates and brake anchor plate.

For brake conversion on the rear axle, we recommend that you generally proceed as follows:

• install the adapter with the necessary components and then check if new brake lines are required. Because, depending on the vehicle, the lines may be too short or the line tips may not suitable. We advise you to change to steel braided brake line because of the quality and technical advantage. • always use the hand brake cable of the installed brake caliper. So sometimes you have to modify / adapt the new handbrake cable. For conversions, where the original caliper is used and the handbrake cable can be used, you may need to pull the cable without any other fittings (ie directly) to compensate for the long distance due to the large diameter of the large brake discs.
