Adapter for Rear Axle Disc Brake Conversion Suitable for Corsa A B and Tigra

This adapter kit allows for the conversion of the rear drum brakes on Corsa A/B and Tigra models to disc brakes.

Required Components:

• Brake calipers: From Astra F / Kadett E / Vectra A (Manufacturer number: BHN111E / pair part number: BHN110E)
• Brake discs and handbrake cable from Astra F / Kadett E / Vectra A

Function Description: The plates are welded to the original Corsa or Tigra rear axle, allowing the complete Astra/Kadett/Vectra rear disc brake system to be installed. An installation guide with pictures is included.

Tips, Information, and Hints:

• To improve the ventilation of the brake system, we recommend removing the dust cover plates and brake anchor plates.
• We cannot provide a general answer about which rim size can be used after your brake conversion, as there are too many variations.
• In rare cases, the rims may slightly touch the brake caliper. If this happens, wheel spacers can be used >> [Now directly to spacers] <<
• Install the adapter with the required components and then check if new brake lines are needed. Depending on the vehicle, the original lines may be too short or the connections may not fit. • Always use the handbrake cable that matches the installed brake caliper. In some cases, the new handbrake cable may need to be modified or adjusted. For conversions where the original caliper is used and the original handbrake cable fits, you may need to route the cable more directly to accommodate the larger disc diameter and longer distance.
