Brake caliper adapter for Golf MK3 VR6 series with VR6 axle to convert to the large Golf MK4 V6 Jubi brake system.

(brake disc 312×25 , brake caliper Golf 4 V6)

Suitable for the following vehicles:

  • Golf VR6
  • Corrado VR6
  • Passat 35i VR6
  • Polo 6r WRC

Suitable for other vehicles, if the VR6 Plus axle is installed.

The 312×25 brake system was installed in the following vehicles:

  • Golf 4 25 Jahre Jubi GTI/ V5
  • Golf 4 V6
  • Audi S3 8L
  • Audi TT 225 PS

Advantages:

  • easy and quick assembly
  • significantly better braking than the standard braking system
  • can always be restored to the original state without any problems
  • for the rear axle, we also have adapters in our shop to drive with the rear S3 calipers , combined with the 280 brake disc

Required components:

  • brake caliper front original S3 /R32 caliper reference: left 1J0615123E , right 1J0615124E
  • brake caliper support / bracket  S3 /R32 reference : left 1J0615125B , right 1J0615126
  • brake pads front original S3 /R32   reference: 8D0698151D
  • brake discs front original 312×25 S3 / R32  reference : left 1J0615301AA , right 1J0615302A

The adapter plates have a thickness of 6mm and the hole distance is 90mm from center to center hole.

 

Tips, information and hints:

  • For a better ventilation of the brake system, we recommend removing the dust cover plates and brake anchor plates.
  • We can generally not answer, which rim size you can mount after your brake conversion. There are simply too many different rims.
  • In rare cases it is possible that the rims touch minimal the brake caliper, then you can simply use spacers. >> Now directly to spacers <<
  • Install the adapter with the necessary components and then check if new brake lines are required. Because, depending on the vehicle, the lines may be too short or the line tips may not be suitable. We advise you to change to steel braided brake line because of the quality and technical advantage.
