Brake caliper adapter to convert the VW T2B Bus with the Red9design front axle to internally vented Porsche 911 282x24mm brake discs in combination with Porsche Boxster calipers.

Required components for the conversion:

• Porsche 911 brake discs 282x24mm, part number: 911.351.041.22
• Porsche 911 wheel hubs, part number: 911.341.065.06
• Wheel bearings from the T2B can be reused as they are the same as the Porsche 911
• Porsche Boxster brake calipers, part numbers: 996.351.421 + 996.351.422
• Red9design front axle

Tips, information, and advice:

• To improve brake system ventilation, we recommend removing the anchor plates/brake dust plates.

• We cannot provide a generalized answer regarding which rim size you can use after the brake conversion, as there are too many different types of rims. In rare cases, rims may slightly touch the caliper, in which case you can simply use wheel spacers >> Go directly to custom wheel spacers <<
• Install the adapter with the required components and then check whether new brake lines are needed, as the old ones may be too short or incompatible depending on the model. Due to the significantly better performance, we recommend switching to steel braided lines.
