Tips, information and notes:
For better ventilation of the brake system, we recommend removing the anchor plates/brake dust plates.
For easy installation of the rim, we recommend purchasing two of our wheel assembly aids at the same time >>click here to go directly to the article<<
We cannot give a general answer as to which rim size you can drive after your brake conversion. There are simply too many different rims. In rare cases, it can happen that the rims are only slightly in contact with the brake caliper, in which case wheel spacers can simply be used. >> Now go straight to wheel spacers as desired <<
Install the adapter with the required components and then check whether new brake lines are required, as depending on the model, the old ones may not be long enough or the connection may not fit. We recommend switching to steel braided lines due to their significantly better efficiency. We have developed a steel braided configurator specifically for this function, where you can put them together according to your wishes and then lay them. Click here for the steel braided configurator >> Configure steel braided brake line <<
The handbrake cable must always be used from the installed caliper, which means that the new handbrake cable may need to be adjusted slightly. For conversions in which the original caliper is still used and the original handbrake cable can be used, you may have to lay it in a more direct way to compensate for the larger disc diameter and the longer path
