Brake caliper adapter on model VW T5 and T6 bus/transporter for conversion to the Porsche Panamera 6-piston Brembo calipers, combined with the bracke discs of  Mercedes ML 350 375×36.
Since the new brake disc is thinner than the originals, it may be that the rim cannot be fitted properly because it is at the disc centering point. In such a case, we recommend simply inserting 3mm universal plates in between to compensate for this. The spacer plates are included in the set, but can also be purchased individually, see below in “Suitable accessories”.
Suitable for following vehicles:
- VWÂ T5 BUS / Transporter
- VW T6 BUSÂ / Transporter
Advantages of this brake system:
- high deceleration, also in conjunction with our rear axle braking system
- thanks to the material certificate supplied with the order, it is possible to register your purchase even for series vehicles
- directly fit to the above-mentioned models and therefore can always be restored to the original state without any problems
- Our EPYTEC brake caliper adapters do not require any sending of your serial parts, no welding, milling or drilling
Required components:
- brake caliper: Porsche Cayenne 958 GTS Panamera , reference 7PP615149J / 7PP615150J 7PP615123 / 7PP615124 (20.A221.03) (Shaft length from the caliper must be 82mm, see yellow mark on the last picture)

Tips, information and advice:
- To improve ventilation of the brake system, we recommend removing the anchor plates/brake dust plates.
- For easy mounting of the rim, we recommend purchasing two of our wheel mounting aids at the same time >>go directly to the article here<<
- We cannot give you a generalised answer as to which rim size you can ride after your brake conversion. There are simply too many different wheel rims. For this reason, we have developed a template with which you can easily check whether the brake system kit fits under your rim. We have included a link to the template in the description. If your rim does not fit, you can simply use wheel spacers. >> Go directly to customised wheel spacers <<
- Install the adapter with the required components and then check whether new brake lines are required, as the old ones may not be long enough or the connection may not fit, depending on the model. Due to the significantly better efficiency, we recommend switching to steel braided lines. We have developed a steel braided line configurator especially for this function, which you can use to assemble and then install them according to your requirements. Click here for the steel flex configurator >> Configure steel flex brake line <<
- The handbrake cable must always be used from the installed calliper, which means that the new handbrake cable may have to be adjusted slightly. For conversions in which the original calliper is still used and the original handbrake cable can be used, you may have to route it more directly to compensate for the larger disc diameter and longer travel
