Brake Caliper Adapter for Rear Axle Conversion – VW Touran, Jetta, Audi TT to Porsche Cayenne Calipers
This brake caliper adapter allows you to convert the rear axle of VW Touran, VW Jetta, Audi TT, and similar models to use Porsche Cayenne brake calipers, paired with Audi A6/A7 brake discs (356×22 mm).
The Porsche calipers connect directly to the vehicle’s hydraulic system, offering exceptional braking power. However, since these calipers do not include a handbrake function, the original Golf 7R caliper is retained solely for the handbrake. The hydraulic line for this caliper is sealed with a dummy plug, making it function exclusively as a handbrake.

Tips, Info, and Advice:
- For improved ventilation, we recommend removing the anchor plates and brake dust shields.
- For easier rim installation, consider purchasing two of our wheel assembly aids. >>[Click here to view the product]<<
- We cannot give a definitive answer on which rim size fits after the brake conversion, as this varies across models. In rare cases, the rims may slightly contact the caliper. If so, wheel spacers can be used. >>[Go directly to wheel spacers] <<
- After installing the adapter, check if new brake lines are necessary, as the old ones may not be long enough or may not fit the new setup. We recommend upgrading to steel braided lines for better efficiency. Use our [steel braided brake line configurator] to customize and install the right brake lines.
- The handbrake cable must always connect to the installed caliper. Depending on the conversion, adjustments to the handbrake cable may be required to accommodate the larger disc diameter and longer travel distance.
