Brake caliper adapter, rear axle, on models VW T5 T6 transporter, for conversion to 356×22 Audi A6 brake discs, combined with the Porsche Cayenne 4 -piston brakce caliper and the original T5 T6 brake calipers for the brake for the handbrake.

- brake caliper: original VW T5 transporter, reference 7H0 615 423 / 7H0 615 424
- brake caliper mounting bracket: original VW T5, reference 7H0 615 425
- brake caliper: Porsche Cayenne 4-piston, reference 955.352.421 + 955.352.422 ;Â Brembo reference 20.7673.03 + 20.7673.04
- for the brake discs, the bolt / pitch circle must be changed to 5×120 and the hub bore to 76.0mm (we can do this for 149€ for the pair of brake discs)
Tips, information and advice:
- To improve ventilation of the brake system, we recommend removing the anchor plates/brake dust plates.

- We cannot give you a generalised answer as to which rim size you can ride after your brake conversion. There are simply too many different wheel rims. For this reason, we have developed a template with which you can easily check whether the brake system kit fits under your rim. We have included a link to the template in the description. - Install the adapter with the required components and then check whether new brake lines are required, as the old ones may not be long enough or the connection may not fit, depending on the model. Due to the significantly better efficiency, we recommend switching to steel braided lines. - The handbrake cable must always be used from the installed calliper, which means that the new handbrake cable may have to be adjusted slightly. For conversions in which the original calliper is still used and the original handbrake cable can be used, you may have to route it more directly to compensate for the larger disc diameter and longer travel
