Brake caliper adapter for the front axle of the BMW E36 M3 to use the BMW Performance 6-piston brake calipers in conjunction with the 345x28mm E46 M3 brake discs.

The BMW Performance 6-piston brake calipers are simply screwed onto the original axle mount instead of the original caliper using our adapter.

  • BMW Performance 6-piston brake calipers from 135i Part No. left 34116786741 + Part No. right 34116786742
  • Brake pads from BMW 135i Part No. 34 11 6 786 044
  • Brake disc from BMW E46 M3 CSL from the front axle in 345x28mm

Tips, information and hints:

  • For better ventilation of the brake system, we recommend removing the anchor plates/brake dust plates.

  • We cannot give a general answer as to which rim size you can use after your brake conversion. There are simply too many different rims. In rare cases, it can happen that the rims are only slightly in contact with the brake calliper, in which case wheel spacers can simply be used. >> Now directly to wheel spacers as desired <<
  • Install the adapter with the required components and then check whether new brake lines are required, as depending on the model, the old ones may not be long enough or the connection may not fit. We recommend switching to steel braided lines because of their significantly better efficiency.
