Brake caliper adapter, front axle, on models BMW E92 E93 E91 E90 etc, for conversion to the BMW F30/31 4-piston brake caliper, combined with the 380x30mm brake discs from BMW M2/3/4.

- The sleeves with knurls are simply glued / pressed into the brake caliper instead of the original sleeves. The sleeves are eccentric and can therefore be pressed perfectly, so that the brake caliper sits perfectly on the disc.The other sleeve serves as a spacer sleeve so that the brake caliper sits nicely in the center over the disc and is mounted between the axle and caliper.Just screw the whole thing in place and the conversion is done.

Tips, information and advice:
- To improve ventilation of the brake system, we recommend removing the anchor plates/brake dust plates.
- For easy mounting of the rim, we recommend purchasing two of our wheel mounting aids at the same time.
- We cannot give you a generalised answer as to which rim size you can ride after your brake conversion. There are simply too many different wheel rims. For this reason, we have developed a template with which you can easily check whether the brake system kit fits under your rim. We have included a link to the template in the description. If your rim does not fit, you can simply use wheel spacers.Â
- Install the adapter with the required components and then check whether new brake lines are required, as the old ones may not be long enough or the connection may not fit, depending on the model. Due to the significantly better efficiency, we recommend switching to steel braided lines. We have developed a steel braided line configurator especially for this function, which you can use to assemble and then install them according to your requirements.
- The handbrake cable must always be used from the installed calliper, which means that the new handbrake cable may have to be adjusted slightly. For conversions in which the original calliper is still used and the original handbrake cable can be used, you may have to route it more directly to compensate for the larger disc diameter and longer travel
