- Our EPYTEC brake caliper adapters require no sending in of their series parts, no re-welding – re-milling or re-drilling.
Tipps, Infos und Hinweise:
- For better ventilation of the brake system, we recommend removing the anchor plates/brake dust plates.
- For easy mounting of the rim, we recommend purchasing two of our wheel mounting aids at the same time >>go directly to the article here<<
- We cannot give a general answer as to which rim size you can drive after your brake conversion. There are simply too many different rims. In rare cases, it can happen that the rims have minimal contact with the brake calliper, in which case you can simply use wheel spacers. >> Go directly to custom wheel spacers <<
- Install the adapter with the required components and then check whether new brake lines are required, as the old ones may not be long enough or the connection may not fit, depending on the model. Due to the significantly better efficiency, we recommend switching to steel braided lines. We have developed a steel braided line configurator especially for this function, where you can assemble and then install them according to your requirements.
