  • In the case of 9 mm rims, the handbrake cable must be turned over or the mount on the caliper reworked, otherwise the cable on the inside of the rim flange will drag

If you want to drive a cheaper brake disc, the brake disc from the Audi A6 with 356x22mm (part number: 4H0 615 601 F) will also fit. The brake discs are exactly identical in dimensions.

Tips, information and hints:

  • For a better ventilation of the brake system, we recommend removing the dust cover plates and brake anchor plates.
  • We can not answer generally, which rim size you can mount after your brake conversion. There are simply too many different rims.
  • In rare cases it is possible that the rims touch minimal the brake caliper, then you can simply use spacers. >> Now directly to spacers <<
  • Install the adapter with the necessary components and then check if new brake lines are required. Because, depending on the vehicle, the lines may be too short or the line tips may not suitable. We advise you to change to steel braided brake line because of the quality and technical advantage.   • Always use the hand brake cable of the installed brake caliper. So sometimes you have to modify / adapt the new handbrake cable. For conversions, where the original caliper is used and the handbrake cable can be used, you may need to pull the cable without any other fittings (ie directly) to compensate for the long distance due to the large diameter of the large brake discs.
