Brake caliper adapter for original brake calipers in conjunction with the large, internally ventilated 335x22mm brake disc from the Audi A8. Suitable for all VW/Audi with original rear axle brake discs in the size 256×22.

Exact fit for the following vehicles:

  • Audi A4 S4 RS4 (8D2, B5 ) Quattro (RS4 only fit facelift with 256×22 ventilated brake discs original rear if the 312×22 brake disc is installed original then di brake caliper carrier from the smaller brake in 256×22 are needed).
  • VW Passat ( 3B2 3B3 3B5 3B6 ) 4motion / Syncro

Required components:

  • Brake discs from the A8 / 335x22mm OE number VAG: 4E0 615 601 L(ATE Nr: 24.0122-0214.1 )

With this brake should be driven at least 19 inch rims. Do not fit without modifications with the RS4 wheels!
Hiweiß: It may happen from time to time that the caliper bracket because of its Gus Tolerantzen is not mashaltig and must be processed.

Tips, information and advice:

  • To improve ventilation of the brake system, we recommend removing the anchor plates/brake dust plates.
  • For easy mounting of the rim, we recommend purchasing two of our wheel mounting aids at the same time >>go directly to the article here<<
  • We cannot give you a generalised answer as to which rim size you can ride after your brake conversion. There are simply too many different wheel rims. For this reason, we have developed a template with which you can easily check whether the brake system kit fits under your rim. We have included a link to the template in the description.   • Install the adapter with the required components and then check whether new brake lines are required, as the old ones may not be long enough or the connection may not fit, depending on the model. Due to the significantly better efficiency, we recommend switching to steel braided lines.   • The handbrake cable must always be used from the installed calliper, which means that the new handbrake cable may have to be adjusted slightly. For conversions in which the original calliper is still used and the original handbrake cable can be used, you may have to route it more directly to compensate for the larger disc diameter and longer travel
