Brake caliper adapter, front axle, for Audi RS4 RS5 B5 to convert to die 8-piston brake calipers from RS4 B7 RS6, combined with the original Audi A4 RS4 B5 brake discs (360×32 ).

Suitable for the following vehicles:

  • AUDI A4 Avant (8D5, B5)
  • RS4 RS5 B5 Quattro Kombi

Required components:

  • brake caliper: Audi R8  8-piston / Brembo caliper reference left 8E0615107 , right 8E0615108
  • brake disc: Audi RS4 B5 360×32 mm , reference 8D0615302B  /or RS4 B7 disc 365x34mm reference 8E0615301AB
  • (when the 365x24mm disc is installed, it is necessary to place washers on the brake caliper mount so that the brake disc size is compensated)

Tips, information and advice:

  • To improve ventilation of the brake system, we recommend removing the anchor plates/brake dust plates.
  • For easy mounting of the rim, we recommend purchasing two of our wheel mounting aids at the same time
  • We cannot give you a generalised answer as to which rim size you can ride after your brake conversion. There are simply too many different wheel rims. For this reason, we have developed a template with which you can easily check whether the brake system kit fits under your rim. We have included a link to the template in the description. If your rim does not fit, you can simply use wheel spacers.
  • Install the adapter with the required components and then check whether new brake lines are required, as the old ones may not be long enough or the connection may not fit, depending on the model. Due to the significantly better efficiency, we recommend switching to steel braided lines.   • The handbrake cable must always be used from the installed calliper, which means that the new handbrake cable may have to be adjusted slightly. For conversions in which the original calliper is still used and the original handbrake cable can be used, you may have to route it more directly to compensate for the larger disc diameter and longer travel
